Your privacy is our priority. Here's exactly what we do and don't do with your data.
Last updated: December 24, 2024
We don't collect your files. They transfer directly between browsers.
We don't store your files. They never touch our servers.
We don't track you. No analytics, no cookies, no fingerprinting.
We can't access your files. They're encrypted end-to-end.
We never receive, store, or have access to the files you share. Files transfer directly from your browser to the recipient's browser using WebRTC peer-to-peer connections.
We don't require accounts, emails, phone numbers, or any personal information. You can use SendABC completely anonymously.
We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any tracking scripts. We don't know how often you use SendABC or what files you share.
We don't collect device fingerprints, browser details, or system information beyond what's necessary for WebRTC connections.
Our signaling servers temporarily log connection attempts to help establish peer-to-peer connections. These logs contain session IDs (not linked to you personally) and are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
If SendABC encounters technical errors, we may log anonymous error messages to help us fix bugs. These never contain file names, content, or personal information.
We monitor our servers' health (CPU usage, memory, uptime) to ensure SendABC stays online. This data is not linked to individual users.
All file transfers use AES-GCM encryption with DTLS 1.3 transport security. Even if someone intercepts your connection, they can't read your files.
Files are never written to disk on our servers. They stream directly from sender to receiver through encrypted WebRTC data channels.
You can add an extra layer of security with password protection. Passwords are never sent to our servers—they're used locally in your browser.
Our servers use industry-standard security practices including SSL/TLS encryption, regular security updates, and restricted access controls.
We use Google's public STUN servers and OpenRelay TURN servers to help establish peer-to-peer connections. These services may log connection attempts but don't have access to your files.
SendABC is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Our hosting providers may log basic web server access logs (IP addresses, timestamps) but don't have access to file transfers.
We don't use Google Ads, Facebook tracking, or any advertising networks. No third parties are tracking you on SendABC.
Since we don't store your data, there's nothing to export. Your files remain on your device until you choose to share them.
Since we don't store your files or personal data, there's nothing to delete. Connection logs are automatically purged within 24 hours.
If you request a copy of data we have about you, the answer will be "none" in almost all cases. We simply don't collect personal data.
SendABC is GDPR compliant by design. Since we don't collect personal data, most GDPR requirements don't apply. We're based in the US but respect EU privacy rights.
We occasionally receive legal requests for user data. In most cases, we can't comply because we don't have the requested data. We'll fight overbroad requests and notify users when legally permitted.
In the unlikely event of a security breach, we'll notify users promptly. However, since we don't store files or personal data, most breaches wouldn't affect user privacy.
We may update this privacy policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We'll post any changes on this page and update the "last modified" date.
If we ever make significant changes that affect how we handle your data, we'll prominently notify users on our homepage.
Our commitment to privacy won't change: we'll continue to build SendABC so that we cannot access your files, even if we wanted to.
If you have questions about this privacy policy or SendABC's privacy practices, we'd love to hear from you.
